Service Description ResumeeGenie provides AI-powered resume analysis and CV optimization services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. 2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. 3. Plans & Pricing ResumeeGenie offers a subscription-based service: Trial Offer — €0.01 • Provides full access for 24 hours Subscription — €29.99 • Automatically renews every 28 days • Charged unless cancelled before the next billing cycle By starting the trial, you agree that the subscription will automatically begin after the trial period unless cancelled. 4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: • Credit or debit cards • Apple Pay • Google Pay All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials. If you believe a billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect payment has occurred, please contact us at help@resumeegenie.com with your name, purchase email, and purchase date. If a billing error is confirmed, we will correct the charge or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly. 5. Subscription & Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation methods include: • Emailing support at help@resumeegenie.com • Calling our support line • Cancelling directly through your account dashboard Cancellation will stop future renewals. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. 6. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK) By purchasing and using the service, you: • Request immediate access to digital services • Acknowledge that digital performance begins upon access • Understand that your 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once digital performance begins 7. Account Responsibility You are responsible for: • Maintaining account security • All activity under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of: • Fraud or abuse • Reverse engineering attempts • Chargeback misuse 8. Intellectual Property All platform content, AI systems, and branding belong to Pepperose LTD. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. 9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Use the service unlawfully • Attempt to bypass system limitations • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks • Abuse refund or cancellation policies 10. Limitation of Liability The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent billing period.
