1. Nature of Service
ResumeeGenie provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
However, by starting the service (including initiating the trial or accessing the platform), you expressly request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that your right to withdraw may be lost once the service has been accessed.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
• You request cancellation within 14 days of the initial purchase
• You have not accessed or used the service
• No digital outputs (such as resume analysis or optimization results) have been generated
4. Trial & Subscription Charges
ResumeeGenie offers a €0.01 trial for 24 hours, after which a €29.99 subscription renews every 28 days.
By starting the trial, you agree that:
• The subscription will automatically begin after the trial period
• You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends to avoid being charged
Refunds for subscription charges are not provided if:
• The trial period has ended and the subscription has renewed
• The service has been accessed or used
• Cancellation was not made before the renewal
5. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not granted if:
• The service has been accessed or used
• Any digital output has been generated
• The 14-day withdrawal period has expired (where applicable)
• A subscription renewal has occurred after the trial period
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• A chargeback is initiated without first contacting support

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To request a refund (where eligible), please provide:
• Full name

8. Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of access to the service
• Submission of evidence to payment providers
9. Exceptional Cases
We may issue refunds outside these conditions in limited situations, including:
• Duplicate payments
• Technical errors preventing access to the service
Such exceptions are granted at our sole discretion and do not establish a general right to refunds.
